Расположенное на берегу Днестра здание, в котором разместится комплекс Aquaterra Resort, спокойно ждало того времени, когда оживет. Что ж, время пришло, и команда AB + Partners создала проект по реконструкции здания, возвратив его к жизни. Учитывая тот факт, что строение уже существовало, мы разработали план восстановления здания, а также перепланировку этажей, чтобы обеспечить жильцам комфорт и функциональность.
Бывшие гостиничные номера были переоборудованы в 78 квартир, дизайн интерьеров которых уже был создан, и были оснащены всеми инженерными коммуникациями для обеспечения комфорта жильцов. Так как жилой комплекс находится на территории с прекрасными видами, то это дало нам возможность обустроить двор так, чтобы создать слияние с природой и прекрасный вид, расположить парковку, открытый бассейн, детскую площадку, спортивную площадку, ресторан с террасой, зал для банкетов, бунгало и понтоны.
Для отделки фасада первых двух этажей мы использовали камень, придав строению сдержанный вид, а на террасах использовали дерево, чтобы смягчить холодность и глубину камня. Остальная часть фасада повторяет первоначальные формы с цветовыми элементами, которые просил заказчик, мы лишь дополнили ее стильными перилами, чтобы обеспечить эстетическую легкость.
Located on the bank of the Dniester River, the building that will host the Aquaterra Resort has been calmly waiting for the time when it comes to life. Well, the time has come, and the team of AB + Partners has created a project to rebuild the building, giving it life again. Given the fact that the structure already existed, we developed the rehabilitation plan of the building, as well as re-planning of the floors to offer comfort and functionality to the dwellers.
The former hotel rooms have been reconfigured into 78 apartments, whose interior design projects have already been created, being equipped with all the utilities to guarantee the comfort for the dwellers. Being located in an area with spectacular views, the residential complex has given us the opportunity to create a fusion with nature and stunning views while arranging the courtyard, parking, outdoor pool, playground, sports area, restaurant with the terrace, hall for banquets, bungalows and pontoons.
For the façade of the first two floors we used stone, giving a sober air to the construction, and on the terraces we used wood to temper the coldness and deepness of the stone. The rest of the façade follows the initial shapes, with colour elements requested by the customer and completed with stylish railings in order to offer aesthetic lightness.
